I haven’t seen my 90 year old mom with dementia for 3 months

I have a 90 year old mother with dementia who I haven’t seen in 3 months. I have been feeding her for the last couple of years. I believe the Province of Ontario is violating the Long Term Care Home Act with regards to residents rights and freedoms. I believe I need to be an essential visitor not only to feed her but to translate as she does not speak English anymore. I need to translate if she has health issues ie.from a headache to an infection, teeth problems etc. I can only help by telephone and that only goes so far. I can’t see her eyes. I basically do a mini physical every day I’m with her. After 2,500 visits I know the operation very well. Shortstaffing is always a problem. In other words, I take 1 PSW away to spend more time with another resident. My mom is in a for profit home in St. Catharines, Ontario.
