Lawyer Allison Pejovic joins producer Kevin Steel to discuss the past week’s hearing in the challenge of the federal travel vaccine mandate on behalf of the Honourable Brian Peckford, the Honourable Maxime Bernier, and others. Back in October 2022, the Federal Court dismissed the case, declaring it “moot,” or irrelevant, because the mandates were no longer in force.
