Tax receipt information

The Justice Centre issues official tax receipts to donors for donations of $50 or more. The Justice Centre does not ask for, or accept, any government funding. We rely entirely on the voluntary donations of Canadians who support our work in support of freedom and justice.

E-Transfer Donations

If you make a donation via e-transfer, to receive an official CRA tax-receipt, please enter your email address and mailing address in the message or notes portion of the e-transfer. Alternatively, you may send us an email to etransfer@jccf.ca.

Please note that tax receipts can only be issued in the contributor’s name, and the contributor is considered the name on the e-transfer.

Credit Card Donations

Regarding credit card donations, please note that tax receipts can only be issued in the contributor’s name, and the contributor is considered to be the holder of the credit card.
