Evidence Delayed is Evidence Denied

After missing last week’s show, we play catch-up on the government lockdown files. Generally, health authorities and politicians across the country are increasing Covid restrictions. At the same time, governments are using delay tactics in court, claiming they need multiple months to produce the evidence that might justify their Charter-violating laws, policies and health orders, and telling judges they need more time. After 13 months, this is no excuse. They should have been ready with their “science-based” evidence a long time ago, as soon as the violations of Charter freedoms began in March of 2020.
