Our grandparents fought and died so that we could live free and secure in our own land. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms protects the right to move and travel freely; gather and assemble peacefully; associate freely; practice one’s faith; honour one’s conscience; and have governments respect individuals’ basic right to bodily autonomy. Vaccine mandates and “passports” are quickly being imposed on all Canadians and in every sector of life – employment, education, travel, and leisure. Have we fully considered the costs? Are mandatory vaccines ethical?
