On January 6, Prime Minister Trudeau announced that Parliament would be prorogued (shut down). On January 7, our lawyers helped two Canadians challenge that decision in the Federal Court. On January 9, the Justice Centre launched a petition to re-open Parliament and get our Members of Parliament back in action. You can be a part of this historic moment in Canada.
