The Justice Centre is defending numerous individuals and faith communities in BC who have received collectively well over a hundred $2300 tickets for exercising their fundamental freedoms to gather for worship or to protest government restrictions. Where necessary, the Justice Centre is filing constitutional challenges to the provincial health orders under which the tickets were issued.
