I am a resident at West Park Health Centre. Conditions are terrible. We are not allowed visitors and I haven’t seen my family since March. I was isolated for two weeks because I tested positive for Covid-19. The food and care here really sucks. Someone needs to investigate this home.
Currently we are in our rooms all the time. Our food is brought on trays and paper plates, etc. This is awful.
I was told it may be a year like this. I’m very unhappy here.
