Donate cryptocurrency

Donating cryptocurrency is a powerful way to support a free Canada and to enjoy a significant tax advantage. We issue charitable giving tax receipts in February for all crypto donations made the previous year.

We accept the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Lightning Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, and Solana.

In order to ensure compliance with CRA regulations, your crypto donation will be immediately converted into Canadian dollars and deposited into our account. Because the value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate quickly, you will receive an email if the ultimate value of your donation is 2 % less than or greater than the amount you intended to donate. You can either request a refund or choose to donate the value of an overpayment to the Justice Centre. 

Please donate your crypto by completing the form below. This form is powered by EukaPay – a secure and compliant Canadian cryptocurrency transaction platform. Upon the successful completion of your transaction, you will receive an email and invoice from EukaPay. 

Note: Under “Send Payment,” you will be invited to open your cryptocurrency exchange platform (e.g., WealthSimple) or wallet (e.g., TrustWallet). Please indicate the amount of cryptocurrency you wish to donate (e.g., “0.022517 Ethereum), not the amount of Canadian dollars you wish to donate, in order to avoid overpayments or underpayments.
