An Agenda for the House of Commons and the Senate

Restoring Freedom in Canada: An Agenda for the House of Commons and the Senate presents a wide-ranging plan to protect constitutional freedoms, limit government overreach, and restore democratic accountability. The submission calls on Parliament to defend privacy and digital freedom, repeal laws that restrict expression and undermine an independent press, uphold equal treatment before the law, protect female-only spaces, respect family and medical autonomy, preserve access to cash, and safeguard Canadian sovereignty. At its heart is a simple principle: freedom should be the starting point for evaluating every law and government action, and Canadians should ask whether each proposal protects the freedom and dignity of citizens or gives government unnecessary control over their lives.
