SIGN PETITION

Stop Bill C-22. Stop surveillance in Canada.

Bill C-22 would give government sweeping new powers to access Canadians’ personal data, require companies to build systems to monitor that data, and even issue orders in secret while lowering the legal threshold for access.

Take action today to protect your privacy and stop the expansion of government surveillance.

SEND PRE-WRITTEN LETTER

Stop the return of the Online Harms Act

Send a letter to the Minister of Justice and the Prime Minister, urging them not to reintroduce Bill C-63, the Online Harms Act, or any similar legislation. Harming children (online and offline) is already prohibited by the Criminal Code.

Safety should not be used as a pretext for censoring the speech of Canadians, or for expanding state surveillance over citizens.

TESTIMONIALS

Brave Canadians

Monick Grenier
"I am delighted to report that none of my Freedom Convoy protestor clients were convicted following trial, and not one received a criminal record. Many thanks to the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms and their donors for defending the rights of Canadians."

Vincent Gircys
"When the Emergencies Act was invoked, my bank account and hundreds of others were frozen by the state. I chose to stand against government overreach, and with the Justice Centre's help, a court challenge was launched, restoring my faith in our justice system."

Elim Sly-Hooten
"I deeply thank the donors for making this happen, relieving my worry, and giving me hope that I may be freed from unjust charges. The dark cloud over me these past eighteen months has finally begun to break apart. This is all thanks to the lawyers and donors. Thank you."

Elim faced a $5,000 ticket for refusing to use ArriveCAN
Eddie Cornell
"I would like to say how greatly I appreciate the tremendous support given to all of us involved in this historic and landmark decision by the Federal Court. Without the support of the Justice Centre, it would have been a much greater task to accomplish what has been done."
